President & Veteran - Douglas Spry
The President, Douglas Spry, is a Proud Service-Disabled Veteran. Doug started his military career in Georgia where he also attended Airborne School, thereafter Doug, was stationed in Korea and attended Air Assault School. He was stationed in North Carolina where he was then deployed to Iraq.
Mr. Spry served as a Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division and was medically separated after nearly a decade of honorable service.
Mr. Spry has a long history in automotive mechanics. Stemming back to childhood, as it was the family business. His welding experience and training began as a teenager. Building and restoring metal materials became a passion and focus. Now, with decades of experience, Doug has implemented innovative techniques to build custom-fabricated designs | products | pieces that reflects the vision of each Spry Welding customer.
